In order to provide services of excellence to Clients, the Quality Assurance (QA) Department arranges for all means to be implemented at each stage of the Clinical Trial process, enabling reliable service execution.

High-performance Information Systems

In order to reach this goal, the QA Department has implemented a dynamic database. This high-performance Intranet tool possesses several assets:

  - Based on a user-friendly approach, it is accessible to all Company employees wherever they work.

- It offers rapid and unrestricted access to all applicable texts, clinical trial regulations in France and Europe, French Ethics Committee information and Therapharm SOPs.

- All Company employees have free access to scientific websites for collecting Clinical Research information.

The QA Department centralizes procedure implementation and management, supervising any regulatory changes and Documentation System integrity. In order to fully meet your requirements, our staff is trained individually and constantly kept informed of expected changes.
